To assist individual Six Nations members to enter into a variety of training courses from public and private institutions to obtain, maintain, or increase skills.
To assist Six Nations members who require assistance to overcome existing or anticipated labour market barriers by purchasing training courses from public and private institutions and recognized trainers while meeting the labour force demands of businesses, groups and organizations.
- Businesses, Educational Institutions including Private and Public.
- Recognized Vocational Trade Schools.
- Qualified Trainers.
- Six Nations of the Grand River Band Members.
- No longer required by law to attend school.
- Individual must be registered with Grand River Employment and Training (G.R.E.A.T.)
- Individual must undergo a thorough employment assessment with a Program and Services Officer, (PSO).

- Supplementary Allowances including Dependant Care; Living Away from Home; Parking; Mandatory Course Related Costs; Commuting; Travel.
- Special costs related to a disabled participant may be available if required.
Normally over a period up to fifty-two (52) weeks.
